I wish I had something positive to say about this facility. Unfortunately, Land of Oz LOST my sisters dog. That was the only explanation given- just lost her. Couldn't even tell us what happened. If that wasn't bad enough, they waited approx. 12 hours to call and let my sister know that her baby was missing. Then when my sister arrived to find out what happened she was not treated with much respect and the staff didn't seem concerned or willing to try to help locate the dog. I would never recommend this kennel and would warn possible future boarders reading this that if you have a small dog, for their safety find another facility, as I don't believe this place is equip to handle the needs of small dogs.
