When I phoned Oak Ridge Floral Co. to place an order for a relatives birthday, my great experience started when the salesperson answered the phone. They were polite & professional. They guided me through the order process effortlessly. For a person like myself who knew nothing about flowers, they sure were a HUGE help. They had dozens of varieties available and a immense selection of vases & planters available to arrange them in. When I heard from my loved one later that afternoon, the experience soared to a new level. She was DELIGHTED with the delivery she received. She said the driver actually engaged in a short conversation with her & wished her a very happy birthday. Plus, I found out later that the flowers lasted close to 10 days! Not only was I sold after my first experience with Oak Ridge Floral Co., but so was my relative who had always used another company in town. What an extraordinary company... I HIGHLY recommend Oak Ridge Floral Co.!!
