After going in for an inspection and being told rear brakes were necessary to pass inspection, I approved the work only to get stuck on the highway a few hours later with a flat tire and then another. There was a problem with the caliper. The rims were replaced, tires repaired, and the brake job was done right the second time around, after keeping my vehicle for an entire day. I was fortunate to get a ride work from a friend, for, Luposello didn't seem to care that they had my car on a work day and made NO offer to help me out. I was thankful that there were no injuries to myself or daughter when the tires blew out. Although they made good on the repair the second time, there was no remorse and/or desire shown to keep my business. I will go elsewhere for my auto needs.
