Review content:
After reading the reviews, I thought I would pop in to have an overheating issue and bad window motor checked out. They are super friendly, in a good old boy way. However, my vehicle has been up there twice, and I have just gone to someone else.
My wife and I were excited to get the van back with the window working. When I checked it, it worked, but really slowly. Eventually it just stopped working. Had to take the van back for that.
Now we have leaks that were not there before. I took the van back up to them two to three weeks after they replaced a water pump. I thought it was oil leaking, but that could have been picked up when the water dripped down. Anyway, when I took it back and said, "My van's leaking something like oil that wasn't leaking before the work was done." Their response: they looked up the ticket and told me that since they didn't replace anything with oil, it can't be their fault. The response, as a customer, that I was looking for was, "Sure, just to be sure something is not wrong with the pump [like the window motor], we'll run a diagnostic to double check." No, basically they felt no accountability for the work.
It makes you wonder if you're paying for that new part, or if the junkyard behind the garage is where your money is going.
