Bad experince! Borderline reckless when it comes to patient care.
I Came here on Sun morning for Bacteria infection on my neck, first doctor recognised the gravity of the case and gave me 2 antibiotics and reminded me to come back in if swelling or redness expanded. Try 2 doses of the medication but symptoms worsen and swelling on Monday 3AM. I went back in at 4AM since bacteria infection on your neck can easily be fatal if not treated properly. I got Doctor Davis Clark Jr, who took 2 minutes looking at me and tell me he honestly cannot see any swelling and redness, despite the nurse who checked me in tell me my face is swollen ( and if there is really no swelling and redness the first doc wont just prescribed 2 separate antibiotics to me 15 hours ago).
I further told Dr Clark that I am insensitive to penicillin based anitbiotic because of my previous infection history. He told me he wont change anything and the medicine is very good and not penicillin based. He recommend me to call my own doctor Monday morning, to make an appointment and see what she said.
I went to my doctor Monday morning and found I am allergic to one of the prescribed antibiotic and the other one was penicillin based which has no effect on me. I ended up taking another more advanced antibiotic and symptoms immediately improved. Now I have to continue to monitor my recovery since the infection has spreaded to much wider area and it has slowed down my recovery significantly. If I waited longer this could have been fatal!
Maybe its just one bad seed in an apple, but you never know whom you get here. So please dont come here if you really need emergency help and accurate diagnose. You will definitely regret it.
