Businiess name:  Al's Oil Service

Review content:
Locked in with Al's last September 2008 at a high price. Al's wouldn't do anything for us as a customer to lower the price afterward so we paid $2.00 more a gallon that other folks. Other Local Oil Companies did offer their customers some type of a discount but not Al's. So we Paid them up front for amount of gallons that Fuel Manager Recommended. Didn't need all the gallons that fuel manager recommended. Called at end of Contract to get a Refund on what we didn't use and now they want to penalize us and charge us a penalty of $2 per gallon for every gallon we did not use. We always thought that Al's had the customers best interest at heart but have found out otherwise. Very disappointed. We have asked for our refund of over $1000 dollars and they only want to refund 1/2 and keep the rest. We don't have money to throw out the window like this but they don't seem to care. Think twice before signing on with Al's as if you buy more fuEL than yuo need and you want a Refund you might not get all your money back and who can afford that in today's world. They always refunded money at the end of the contract without any issue but this year they decided at the very end of the contract NOT to do this and we're just finding this out now. So think twice before going with Al's.
