I was recently searching for a 12 passenger van for a family trip to Pennsylvania,Boston and Washington DC and was having trouble finding a nice vehicle within my budget.I spoke with Marcy at the New Jersey location and she was very patient and helpful with answering my questions and working out a price for a 12 passenger Sprinter van for two weeks.I arrived at the location and everyone was very pleased with the overall look and features of the vehicle.Marcy was very informative with the rental policies and procedures and was very pleasant and outgoing.The person who took us outside and showed me how to operate the DVD player,TV and instrument cluster on the dashboard was also patient and outgoing.The vehicle was amazing and me and my family had a wonderful time,everywhere we went people would ask us was this our vehicle and where can they get one of these vehicles.I replied Yes it's ours,but before I bought it I seen the same vehicle with the same features for rent on the Image Rent a Car website.Thank you Image I will definitely rent from your company again and I will encourage everyone I know to go to you. Thank you for everything
