I've been going to this salon since 1996 when I first heard about them in a Glamour magazine article. They were fantastic! I went there religiously for cuts, colors, foils, updos, etc, etc. However, over the years, they've waned in customer service and quality. They've lost a wonderful receptionist that greeted everyone with a wonderful smile. They lost several of their top hairstylist. The cuts and colors that I use to get where top notch! Wonderful quality at a wonderful price. Now, the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. When I leave the salon, I feel like the cut was average and nothing to get excited over. I was sorry to no longer go to Studio 904, but the location is not convenient for the prices and service that I get there.
