Don't let this family owned gym fool you... it has all the benefits of Golds and Bally's with a much more personal atmosphere. The price is moderate to what you would pay for a good membership anywhere, and it has all the amenities you could ask for (tanning, free sauna, etc). There are also free fitness classes, and they run specials like "Buddy Mondays" when you can bring a friend for free. They also offer a discount rate for buddies every day of the week. The facility is clean, there is a juice/shake bar, and the people are friendly and down-to-earth.
