I wanted to get eyelash extensions and although the person doing them was friendly, the rest of the staff was ABSOLUTELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND NASTY. Their major flaw is their LACK OF HOSPITALITY. For a service that cost me $ 300, i was treated like a peasant instead of royalty. This "spa" is far from upscale and is NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR EXPERIENCE.
I do not recommend this place to anyone, unless you want to be treated like crap....
THE STAFF NEEDS TO TAKE ETIQUETTE CLASSES AND REALIZE WE'RE IN A RECESSION. SO THE BUSINESS THEY JUST LOST WILL EFFECT THEM LATER ON...
