Well, I've used them for years and they are worse every time they come, but the price is right and my apt is so bad to park at that I can't get anyone else to come. I can't wait to move so I can get a different maid. Lately, I don't even think they bring any supplies, nothing smells like cleaner when I get home, I would guess they are just wiping stuff down with a damp rag. Probably because they went through everything I had under the sink and I didn't buy more since they are suppossed to bring their own. They used my vacuum and didn't even wrap up the cord when they were done. And they break things in their haste to get out ASAP. I know 2 people do not spend more than 20 mins in my tiny apt, I can tell. I even have a ring around the toilet bowl the day they are there! It was a brand new toilet when I moved in, and they've been cleaning it every 2 weeks. Supposedly! I also suspect theft so I hide stuff before they come.
