Was zero starts a choice? Is that possible. I reant from Investment, Right now...my roof leaks and there in no one available at investment, so I said "this is important" and called it an emergency (my house is leaking) I was transferred to an angry man who told me to call the office again and that this was NOT an emergency. My stove only works on high. My cat costs $400 dollars. I will not get a penny of my deposit back (says so in the lease) and I am responsible for the damage to the paint in the bathroom (says to use "vent" in lease, what vent, the windows doesn't even open) My AC only works in 1 room and they refuse to upgrade it. The ceiling in my office is caving in slowly (also not important to Investment) There is no assigned parking. The alley my house is on (only street next to my house) isn't up kept. Actually I looked into it, the owner of my building had it "discontinued" from city service so he didn't have to pay for it, yet he doesn't maintain it. It is 100ft long alley on a hill there 20 people park in. How can this be "discontinued and not up kept", I don't mean bad condition road (it is but that don't matter) they refuse to plow it and salt it in the winter, it is a trap, no warning just a slide into a busy street. I called investment 2 hours ago with "my house is leaking" and there is still nobody checking it out even. Lazy useless overcharging rental company. Oh and if your a student, they realize that and rip you off. Think about it, students are already in-debt up to thier ears and just want to leave this town and work. Why argue with some tiny investment firm over the stupid charges they make you after you leave, tack it onto my debt and move on. They figured that out and rip off students constantly. One class action lawsuit away from an empty office building.
