Barry was on time an efficient in completing the task. He explained the process and what had to be done and why the current installation of the old heater had to be revised to meet code. He cleaned up when he was finished and briefed me on how to best operate the new unit for optimum life and service. I am very proud of how the new unit looks and feel comfortable that I received optimum value for my dollar with my new energy efficient heating unit. The PSE rebate will help to pay the slightly higher cost of the added insulation model which will pay back quickly with the reduced energy expended. Tom in Issaquah.
