I purchased my convection oven from Lowes in 2006 with a 4 year extended warranty. On Nov. 4th 2008 the left front burner went out so I called Lowes and they sent out Vincent's Appliance. It took them 12 days to come out and look at it and then said they would order the part and be back to install within two weeks. It is now Feb. 2nd and still no part, not a response or a return phone call. Everytime Lowes called them for an update they would say the part was on backorder.
Ridiculous company to work with. Lowes ended up replacing our stove or what they call Buying it Out, which they paid us for the replacement value of our stove.
