Have had problems in the past with being made to wait for a table, wait for food and wait to pay. Not just for a little while, but waaaaay too long and it happens often. We decided to give it a try one more time on Super Bowl Sunday. We thought business would be fairly light and we wouldn't have to wait very long. We were right. About six tables had customers. There were more servers than customers. One cook that we could see. Five people behind the counter at the cash registers when we arrived. Not busy, just there. The manager had to say "will someone take care of them?". After we were seated and our order given we waited. After awhile I decided to time it. From that time forward it was over 20 minutes. When we left, we were made to stand in line to pay. Only one register out of the two was open, per usual. We had to wait for people ordering dinners to go, pies to go and one other diner. They are very disorganized and slow and one old hostess gets confused and can't remeber who is waiting and gets flustered and just talks, talks, talks. I doubt that we will go back. The food does not make up for the waiting. Oh yes, about your new place mats..."Marie who?" That's negative advertising and out of place. Believe me, Marie isn't bothered by Polly! She doesn't need to be.
