windows were not installed square, they leak worse than the old ones, they came out 5 times and said the new windows need to be replaced and now after 10 months I still have cannot get Mr. Rich F. to return my calls I have baby's in the house and trying to keep them warm is costly and frustrating after all I paid cash money to have all new windows and wind up with worse air flow then I started with the most frustrating thing is they and He Rich F. will not return your calls since the window manufacture's owner and window wizards own head Installer came out and looked at the problem 4 previous times finally agreed that the windows had to be remade to proper size and installed plumb and square now he will not return any call to me ????
