Had an eye exam on 1/5 and was told lenses for my glasses would be available by 1/9 and they would call me to schedule appt. to have lenses fitted. When no one called by 1/13, I called and was told they neglected to send in the order and lenses would be available by 1/16. No one called, so I called today 1/21 and was told their employee Susie had called me, and the appt. was scheduled for yesterday 1/20,When I assured the person there had been no call and no appt scheduled, I was told Susie would have never have entered this info unless it was correct, which is absolutely untrue. Am now scheduled for tomorrow and hope this comes to an end.
