A tiny little shop hidden off of Wilkens Avenue in Baltimore that makes the most delicious homemade candy on the planet.
Rheb's candy was started by Louis Rheb many years ago when he was experimenting with candy recipes to make little treats for his wife. Through further experimenting he developed multiple recipe for his candies. He started selling them in his garage to his friends and family and has since evolved into a widely known conessiour of chocolate.
