Dr. D'AVenas is an excellent doctor,cares about patients. However the office is badly managed - test results get lost and have to be pursued aggressively. The worst are those at reception desk - I have received misinformation before a procedure and have been treated rudely many other times. It compromises my health care and as much as I respect the Doctors in this practice, I am now looking for a new physician because of the office staff. I have NEVER faced this so consistently and often in any practice
