Everything was out of this world. I consider myself well traveled and have enjoyed many fine dining experiences but none such as this. My first Visit to the Saber Room was last week and to sum it up in one word it was perfect. I've eaten all around the world and have never had an entree so classically prepared. Everything was done right, by the book. The service was exquisite and the ambience of the room was unbeatable. The prices of the prime meats were well, underpriced. As soon as you walk in you know your in for something special. This place is literally a diamond in the rough. From the outside it looks like any other building but when you walk in your eyes really open to what a treasure it is.
