THE BUILDINGS ARE LOOKING THE BEST THEY HAVE IN YEARS. THE SIDEWALKS LOOK GREAT AND THE BRICK CURBS ADD A GREAT TOUCH. THIS COOP HAS NEW INTERCOMS NEW ROOFS AND INSTALLED CLADDING AROUND THE PARAPET. THEY HAVE HIRED A LANDSCAPING COMPANY TO HELP IMPROVE THE GROUNDS, AND INTEND TO REPLACE THE FENCING AROUND THE COMPLEX. THE CO-OP HAS ACCOMPLISHED A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT IN THE LAST FEW YEARS AND I EXPECT MORE IN THE NEAR FUTURE
