I started going to Julie when I moved to Ithaca to attend college. I am very picky about who I allow to cut my hair and usually dont' like to just go to random places. A friend of mine had recommended Julie and since I couldn't drive the four hours to New York City everytime I needed a haircut, I decided to give her a try.
Julie is one of the most gregarious people I know. You immediately feel comfortable when you walk into her salon. She is a truly amazing hair stylist (probably the most important thing, obviously). Her training is evident and she is quite fashionable and is good at finding the right look or style for people.
Julie treats each person like a friend. She always remembers details about clients and asks about things going on in their lives.
I never had a bad haircut from Julie. The only reason I stopped going was because I finished college and moved away.
