Review content:
Once you see the two lions that guard the entrance you must go in! The AIC boasts one of the best classical and contemporary art collections in the world, not to mention the 'ethnic' collections from Africa and Asia. My favorite view is the long hallway that leads to the contemporary galleries: it looks on a huge Andy Warhol painting of Mao. The lower floor has many kid-friendly exhibits, including the miniature rooms. Bathrooms are a bit spread out. Dining options are the good cafeteria style restaurant on the ground floor or the lovely Garden Restaurant in the summers. Definitely a fun-filled day for the family!
