As a woman do-it-yourselfer it can sometimes be daunting to walk into a hardware store and ask for help. These guys are all very knowledgeable about the products they sell, they are helpful, always greet you with a smile and never treat you like an idiot when you try to explain the "thingy" you're looking for.
