Review content:
I recently had an extension done by Sierra and my husband and I decided that their slogan should be "We don't do that!". They don't do painting, carpet, cabling, leaf guards and a couple of other random things. They were upfront about the painting and carpeting but the others we learned about the hard way. This left us with an unfinished product which is very frustrating. The office manager and I had a few fights over the phone and she wasn't very professional. Also hated that they smoke in the office.
