I called them in to control an ant problem in my house. The man was friendly and finished up relatively quickly. However a couple weeks later I noticed that the ants were back. So I called Bain, and they said "no problem" and came back to solve the problem free of charge. They have a guarantee on their services and they stick to their word. Recommended.
