I am in the middle of disputing a ticket from them. I wrote them a letter stating why I will not pay and they wrote me back telling me I still had to pay them since I did not enclose the original documents with my letter (which is not stated on the ticket itself). I called the number on the ticket which brings you to an answering machine and tells you to call 415-563-4888, which is another answering machine. I have left three messages and no one has called me back yet!
Hate them!!!!!
Does anyone know an alternative number to speak to someone live?
