Review content:
Hi, my name is Tiffan Fiolek, I know that you are not going to be able to do anything, but i want to share my story with you, if anything to protect it from happening to someone else.
On March 31 I had went to the Erie Mall and I found this beautiful boxer puppy that wanted a home. She was under weight, so i financed her at Hearthland and brought her home. The first two weeks she was a little sick, she had kennel cough, and some batria in her stools, in witch got my other puppy sick to. But I stayed strong, and worked through it. The two puppies became close, played very well and my whole family fell in love with the boxer Sam. Just the other day I weighed her to see if I was nursing back to good health. I did too she was up 3 pounds in a matter of like a week. The next day I had to work my 7-3 shift at PRM, I care for elderly people. So I did my daily ruite and let the dogs out, gave them water. You know said I love you and I am sorry but mommy has to go to work. I put them in there own crates and went to work. I came home from work to see my baby sam had hung herself in the crate. I don't and can't figure out how in gods name it happened but her collar was on properly just so you could get one figure under it, and she had the collar some how wrapped around the latch. She strangled herself to her death. I am so disturbed about what me and my 4 year old came home to see. Because I didn't know this could ever happen I was putting her in her crate to keep her safe not to kill her. I can't get the though of her hanging there out of my head. I the whole 3 weeks our family had her we loved her, she was like a family member. And I know that the pet store will not cover her loss because it was an accident but I am responsible to make the payment on a puppy that I was just trying to keep safe. Ever time i make a payment to the finance company I am going to see that poor helpless puppy hanging in the back of my mind. I am not really not concerned about the money either yes I would be wonderful if some how some way I could find a way out but my biggest concern is that no one else ever have to come home to see something so horrible. If there is anything you could say or any advice or direction you could give me it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much for reading my story
