Review content:
If you are in need of a new transmission, Puyallup Transmission is the
most trustworthy place I could possibly recommend. My daughter had a
1995 Chrysler Cirrus that was truly the devil incarnate! We had taken her
car to 5 different repair shops, and all of them gave up on us. We'd spent
over $2000 and we still had not discovered what the problem was. We
took her car to Puyallup Transmission, and they vowed not to give up on
us. They tried numerous diagnostic procedures (some of them pretty darn
creative!), made phone calls all over the United States to discuss the car's
issues with others in the business and even rented us a car while we awaited
the diagnosis. They even took my daughter to work a couple of times!!
They were finally able to diagnose and fix our problem, when no one else could.
I cannot recommend these people enough. Their kindness and customer
service are unequaled. Being able to truly trust an auto repair shop is truly
refreshing. They are the best!! It was such a pleasure working with them
that I almost look forward to the next time we have a car that needs
transmission work (almost...).
