Write your review hWe went there(group of 10 people) at 8.40pm on Saturday night and we surprised that we were only in whole restaurant, we should have understood that time only but we went in. There was one lady who supposed to greet her, didnt say anything or smile and said credit card machine wasn't working pay by cash...we were like ok..then we stared ordering food, they gave us strict warning to order at one time only because they were closing(on Saturday night they were closing at 9) anyways, we ordered food it took so long to come..food was pathetic..but we ate somehow..now the real bad experience started..they gave us bill of $207 something in hand written page, we were just going to pay $230 but suddenly one of my friends said to calculate the amount as it wasn't computerized bill..so we did and we found out that the total was only $173, we calculated twice but it wasnt our mistake, we went to that lady at reception and told her politely and she answered rudely and told us that we counted tip in there, (though they didn't mention anything about the tip on the bill). She said its our restaurant policy and its written in menu itself. we checked menu it wasnt written anything there. we told her and she said we forgot to write in new menus..but u have to pay as its our rule..and she was like if people dont pay tip how our waiter will earn, they do so much hardwork..we were shocked by her answer. They were charging us $3 for can of soda and alos expect us to pay 15% tip mandatory which wasn't written anywhere. HOW BAD IT IS!! then we asked for manager or owner's contact no so we can complain him/her but they rudely refused again. We did some arguements and they said its rule in America to give 15% tip in any restaurant and we didnt agree to that so another guy over there picked up the phone to call the cops(wanted us to scare)..we said fine call, so he hung up and then took out money from register and threw that money on our face and said 'get the hell out of here'..can you imagine such kind of behavior from a waiter of any worst restaurant like this??? we just walked away...But I'd suggest you, if you don't find any restaurant anywhere then sleep hungry that night but never ever go to this restaurant...
