I became acquainted with Manna Mills back in 2001. It was the best thing that happened to me in the area of food and supplements. I actually had the privilege of working there for awhile and now when I am in the Seattle area, I always stop by for a group of my favorite things. I will be there on Friday to pick up a few things. It is still one of the places that you can go in and order up 50 lbs of oats and no one gets all frazzled. It's a great place to shop and a great place to begin a new friendship. They know their stuff there and they are always eager to help.
