I moved in before they got new management, but my lease wasn't up till after. I paid $650 a month and only brought home $1,000. It was just my 2 year old daughter and myself and it was suppose to be based on income! The lady that lived upstairs always came down to use the hose and every time she would look in my windows....THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! My mail box key had broke in the lock and they said there wasn't anything they could do and that i had to go to the post office. The post office said the management was suppose to take care of it, but they did fix for me. And when i moved out they sent me a bill that included 2 months rent that i was not there! My lease was up! and they are charging me for carpet replacement.....1st of all the carpet was not bad, yes it probably did need to be cleaned though.....and they were in the process of replacing all the carpet at that point in time! And they say the total amount i owe them is about $5,000! I DON'T THINK SO! i have not paid them anything and i do not intend to!
