They stink, want to get in and get out with your purchase, pack a lunch and hang out.
Owner can't seem to get what you need in a timely manner. and items they use to stock which my birds were use to having, seems as though they are un orderable.....I let all my friends know, stay away if you want complete customer care. Also there are so many birds "NOT" for sale it is terrible.
