They are students learning a skill and with that comes mistakes. They are trying .They also don't charge you full salon price .Be grateful for the teachers who have the time to teach them and help them achieve goals.They are not that bad.practice make better,best, and that produces great skills.If you go there expect to be there a while they are practicing what they learn and are trying to do the best they can to do what you asked for.Please don't go there thinking you are coming out with the hair due of the year.I have been there twice and I was pleased with the out come of it all .I even told friend to go and give the girls more practice
