Businiess name:  Scott Wiseman Appliance Svc

Review content:
Scott doesn't work in Fremont or the North end of Seattle (apparently he has plenty of referrals from 20 years and a great reputation in West Seattle, Alki and White Center) so he referred me to his brother Mark at # 206.948.1060. Mark called me back within a few hours of me leaving a message. After some brief troubleshooting on the phone to make sure it was not just a breaker that needed to be reset, he made an appointment for a 3 hour window the next day. He called me 45 minutes before arrival to make sure that I could still be home to meet him. He was personable, professional, and experienced. We had a good conversation while he worked. Mark gave me a worst case cost estimate after taking a look at the dryer before starting any work. He had the replacement part needed with him, checked for other issues that might cause future problems and would be cheaper to fix while he was repairing the existing problem, told me why they did not look like they needed to be addressed at this time. Finished the work in an hour for $20 less than the estimate (including tax). I would hire Mark again for any kitchen or laundry appliance repairs without hesitation.
