I have tried almost all of the Italian Pizzaria / Restaurants in the Hopewell/Pennington area, and there are many. I absolutely love Pennington Pizza. If you are looking for basic pizza (I've never tried their "gourmet varieties") or Italian fare, this is the place to go. The atmosphere is casual, seat yourself. There is almost always a table available. The servers are friendly and fast. And the food is delicious. from basic spaghetti & meatballs, to chicken parmesain or francaise, calzones, subs, even their french fries are great. Parking is not always easy - but who cares! There are only two things that don't like; they are closed on Sunday, and they don't deliver.
