I've been to Capellos several times. I dont think it is anything to rave about.
I found that I can get a hair cut, color and high or low lights for less of a cost and better results at other businesses. I also notice that they raise their prices whenever they feel.
I guess the advertising puts them in the limelight.
If you want to blow away your money this is the place to go!
There are so many other reputable salons that can offer the same if not better at a lower cost to pay.
