Review content:
Lambda Rising is the sister location of Lamba Rising bookstore in Dupont Circle in Washingting, DC. Since I am one of the hordes of Washingtonians who escape to Rehoboth Beach for some seaside fun every year I love visiting this store for taste of home. Like the DC store, they carry a selection of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender-themed books, gifts, magazines and cards. But unlike the DC store, the gift section is a much larger and more prominment part of the store, and they have a much smaller women's section. The store recently moved from a crammed but homey location to a larger building. Last time I visited, in March 06, it seemed empty and barren and the staff was too busy watching TV to answer any questions.
