Review content:
With two cars over 10 years old and more than 150,000 miles, you need an honest mechanic. We owe Pine Hill many thanks for keeping our cars on the road for all of this time.
We go to them for everything from oil changes to major repairs. They are always very helpful and give great advice about what needs to be done now versus what can wait. They also help us decide if major repairs are worthwhile for our older cars. We never worry that they will try to sell us a service we don't really need.
They've also done lots of little things for free, such as changing dome lights that they notice are blown out, etc.
As frequent customers, they also make an effort to squeeze us in even when their schedule is packed. We really appreciate that with our hectic schedules!
Our only complaint is their brake service. We've had to take both cars back several times to have the brakes re-checked and fiddled with - and we know a few other people who have had the same thing happen. From now on we'll go to Sears for brakes but everything else will be done at Pine Hill.
