If you don't have the wherewithal to have your own cow, find a small, local dairy who bottles their own milk. If you can find grass-fed cows who roam fields, so much the better. You'll have a much better shot at finding a fresh, good-tasting product instead of the industrial stuff that shows up in your supermarket or at your local Wal-mart.
