Review content:
We visited Pendleton for the Pendleton Underground comes to life and it was a wonderful weekend. This is the one time of year they have actors andit was really entertaining. We learned about the "seedy" side of Pendleton's passed, toured opium dens and brothels. We had a blast. we ate at our favorite restaurant, the Main Street Diner( a 50's style diner with absolutely fabulous food). Right next door to the Main Street Diner is a little shop called the Pendleton Popcorn Factory. What fun that is. They make their own gourmet popcorn and they must have 40 or 50 flavors. Things like Grape and Huckleberry and Banana Split. The shop looks like something right out of Willy Wonka. And the popcorn is super-duper! They have a website to order from. It's www.popcorntreat.com . Pendleton is a fun place and they keep adding new stores and activities all the time. We love visiting.
