I had a very poor experience with this place and I didn't even leave my dog there. My husband and I are new to the area and this kennel was by our home so we thought we'd give it a try. I made a reservation and showed up with my eighteen month old blue heeler who my husband and I think of as our first born. Well, I was greeted by a lady who did not seem friendly at all and was overwhelmed by the smell of dog poop and urine when I walked in. I gave her the number of our vet back in Spokane so she could get his vaccine records and I poked around only to find filthy floors and a room that was filled with junk and trash. The lady was rude and sharp with our vet over the phone and then hung up on them and yelled across the room at me that they had never heard of my dog and unless I had records she wouldn't take him. I assured her they had the records and she refused to call them again. When I told her he had his license and his rabis vaccine records on his coller she said "I don't give a shit! You should be responsible and have his records with you!" At that point in time, I was so disgusted with her attitude towards a new client and by the smell and condition of the kennel I simply told her she had lost my business and I walked out. Please avoid this place at all costs. If their office is as unsanitary as it was I can't imagine how horrible the kennels are and if the staff is that rude to a new client I cannot imagine how they must treat the pets. Please do not give them any business!
