agree w/ review of watergate. i'm a long time client there but stopped going about a year ago. Claudia, the front desk scheduler/owner is a BITCH. i'm so tired of her treatment of me. i'm a great long term client who never complains, is always on time, leaves big tips. its a shame i won't go back ever again nor recommnend the place. like the stylists, facials, waxing but claudia is a terror. she treats clients like crap on the phone and in person. she treats clients like they are dirt. maybe my purses are not high end enough for her. i'm not sure but its good to hear others think the same of her. i hope this gets back to her.
went to the new molecule/st germaine (sp?) salon on 7th street across from the shakespeare theatre. saw stylist (i'm blanking on his name) he came from celiceo downtown, former owner, blonde, 40's. worst hair cut of of my life. i will wear a hat the rest of the summer. a hair cuttery would have cut it better.
think i'll go back to nyc and have my hair cut there.
