I will never use a different vet as long as these people are here. There is a tremendous amount of skill and caring there, and they've pulled my dog through a nearly lethal poisoning (I think their close monitoring of tricky IV treatment saved his life), one operation (removing a type of convoluted tumor that was very fast growing and "guaranteed" to come back in 6 months - Dr Smith removed every speck of it and it's been 14 months with no sign of regrowth), and now they're doing very effective treatment for my pet's doggie Alzheimer's. I once took in a sick mouse and it seemed like they were as careful with it as with any animal they work on. Much of the staff has been there for the whole 15 years and they remember everything.
