Review content:
If your local police call them to tow your car, REFUSE them and call ANYOTHER company! They go by 2 names: Paul's and Irrgangs. They overcharge, are rude and threatened to charge more, "just because we can." You have no choice once they get your car! He even said, "there's nothing you can do about it." They tell you that they will accept credit cards, but demanded cash or they "wouldn't give the car back and then we'd have to pay more storage fees." The towing charge was $65 w/ $10 for milage. Then the charged $30 storage, $35 yard fee (changed to yard fee when they tried to charge as a clean up fee and we stated no clean up was done) **what's the difference between a yard fee and a storage fee anyway??? Other charges were administrative charge $20 and "Stay Dry" $10. Total was $176. 65!! They are contracted with our local police department, so whenever the police need cars towed this is who they will call. I don't want anyone to have to deal with such a MEAN company. They did not ask where we wanted the car towed, did not give us any info where we could get our car back or an est of charges. All of this aggrevation on top of a hit and run uninsured driver!!
