Review content:
I currently had to take my daughter out of this school for numerous reasons. As a concerned interactive parent I need to place my child in a facility where communication is allowed and encouraged. Sadly this center does not encourage that. Two times my daughter who is now 3 has mentioned that a teacher has either pinched her or spanked and dug their nails in her arm, and both times that it was mentioned, the center dismissed the claim and proceeded to try and kick my daughter out of the center because I was "untrusting of their staff". Needless to say I kept in touch with staff members who no longer work there because of the way they were treated by the director. Thos ex staff members have also confirmed that there were other staff member that would discipline a child in the restroom by hitting them. The Female Director is extremely rude when you begin to ask questions about your own child, and when you are talking to a teacher in the room, they will send the assistant director to "spy" on the conversation. Please do not be fooled as I was. When I first placed her in this daycare they were extremely friendly and willing to answer your questions, but once you question any of the activities that are gong on with your child they become defensive and short with the parents. I have become good friends with many parents there and came to find out that this was going on across the board, not just with me. They have an extremely high turnover and tend to hire young "adults" that seem as if they just need a part time job and have no real desire to work with children. Their Licensing reports are good, but please do not be fooled by things that are measured when they know they are being monitored. Please do not take this review with a grain of salt. I feel helpless and betrayed, and do not want to see others in the same situation.
