Review content:
I used to use Reilly Road Animal Hospital because it was close to my house. I adopted a puppy from a local animal shelter and he turned out to be very ill. The doctor wasn't very friendly but the nurses were very nice. With their help he got better. He had all his shots there and wore rabies tag on his collar from this establishment. As he got older he got smarter and one Saturday dug his way out of our backyard without us knowing. My husband and I searched and searched for the dog. My girls were very upset. Finally Sunday afternoon I was out searching (we searched all day Saturday and had been at it all of Sunday too) when my neighbor across the street came home from church and told me she had found him, didn't know who's he was and took him to the Reilly Road Animal hospital Saturday morning at about 10am. Reilly Road animal hospital was open till Noon that Saturday. I went up there when they opened Monday and found him in a cage covered in his own fecies and urine with a "john doe" name tag on the cage. He still had his collar on with his tag. When I asked them why they didn't look up the tag and call me they got all annoyed with me and told me I was lucky that he was there and not lost some where. I will never do business with them again. The obviously don't care about animals or their owners. It would have taken two seconds to look up his tag and I would have been there immediately to pick him up had I known he was there. They have a kennel and yet my dog was left to lay in his own fecies and unrine. For that I wouldn't trust there kennel services either.
