Review content:
I got a gift certificate to this salon, and went to get a massage. Not only did they NOT call to remind me of my appointment (which most better salons do), the massage was a nightmare -- either pressure to the point of pain or barely no touch at all. I have gotten massages at a variety of salons, spas, physical therapy places, etc. and this was by far the worst. Plus, they make you go into "locker rooms" to take your clothes off and put a robe on, then walk into your massage room. Why you cannot simply disrobe in the privacy of the massage room is a mystery to me.
I wouldn't even consider letting anyone there touch my hair. I auctioned off the remainder of the gift certificate for a charity. This place is a waste of money
