I have to admit that going to any car dealership is like pulling a number out of a bag. You get a good sales or service person and one immediately says "Great Dealer". We have a bad experience once and we tend to rate the whole dealership "Lousy". I personally don't think that's fair. I purchased a 4Runner from this dealer a couple of years ago, I had a good experience walking in and the Sales person was also "new". But he gave me time to walk around, look at the cars, test drive a couple and when it came time to buy, he brought in his senior to negotiate. They were not the cheapest, but I had done my homework and new exactly what I wanted and how much it will cost. To make a long story short, 5 hours later, I drove out with the car I wanted, almost at the price I wanted. I have been going there since for service and I call them once in a while for various minor issues. They have always been courteous and helpful and have responded well to a couple of complaints. Be your own judge, go to a dealership and make up your own mind. They are not a product that can be rated on a one time visit. Sorry if I sound like I am writing a sermon, but I felt someone should write a fair & balanced assessment.
