Review content:
I have lived at Harbour Bay since July of 06. Ever since then, I have had horrible ants in my apartment. They are living in the walls and in the crumbling particle board cabinets. They have exterminated too many times to count and the problem persists. I was pregnant and they were bringing an exterminator in once a week to try to get rid of the ants. This was undoubtedly unsafe for me and my unborn child. However, Maggie, the property manager refused to do anything else to take care of the problem. She also refused to give me the name and phone number of her supervisor. I asked repeatedly to move units, and again they refused to do anything. Since then, my son has been born, the ants persist and now the Houston Apartment Association as well as the management company of the property are involved. I have had other minor issues with my cabinets, lights not being wired and working correctly, my door knob fell off, among other problems and no one has been willing to help in a timely or professional manner. I do not recommend anyone to move in here, unless the office staff changes.
